Your Privacy (POPIA)

We process your personal information in line with South Africa's POPIA. We collect your account details, profile info, and content you post to run ReelTribe's community features. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information at any time. We never sell your data. Contact our Information Officer: admin@reeltribe.co.za.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never see or store your card details. Marketplace sales are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt.

Limitation of Liability

Fishing carries inherent risks. ReelTribe provides information for general interest only and is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from fishing activity or reliance on app content. We are not liable for user-generated content or marketplace transactions beyond the escrow protections described in our Marketplace terms.

Since you're under 18, we need your parent or legal guardian's consent before your account is activated.
